  Introduction to FIBREVIEW

FIBREVIEW is a secure and intelligent access control hardware management platform that focuses on secure networking, trusted remote control, and reliable remote system management of smart devices. It is a smart hardware management APP provided by the FIBREVIEW platform.

You can easily and conveniently interact with smart devices safely through your mobile phone, realizing trusted interaction and safe sharing between devices.

FIBREVIEW builds a secure bridge between people and cloud devices, taking you into a smart life with peace of mind.

Your device only listens to your commands in the cloud.

- -Smart devices are securely networked and securely migrated to the cloud;

- -Remotely control smart devices remotely in real time, realize secure linkage between devices, and quickly form your device "circle of friends" in the cloud;

- -Build a "digital fence" within the fence to share equipment with family and friends easily, quickly and safely;

 

Privacy Protection Guidelines

For example, with your explicit consent, we will collect the following personal information about you, device information, software information, IP address, etc., in order to provide you with services;

1. Information We Collect

During your use of FIBREVIEW services, we will collect information that you voluntarily provide when using the services or generate from using the services in the following ways to provide you with services, optimize our services, and protect your account security:

 In order to provide users with the best online services, FIBREVIEW's software and websites collect non-sensitive information about users' use of the software and access to the website, including but not limited to the time and geographical location of users' use of the software, frequency of use of software, IP address, and duration and frequency of website visits. This data is generally used for statistical purposes, does not involve sensitive user information, is not used to trace individual users, and we use statistical information to feedback user experience to improve and enhance our services. The above statistics may be shared with FIBREVIEW's collaborators to aggregate user usage of the software/website.

 When you use the login function, we will collect your device information with your explicit consent to help you complete the registration purpose.

2. Equipment information

For example, device type, device model, operating system version, hardware-related information, unique device identifier, OAID, battery, signal strength and other information, device identification number (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI and other related information), mobile phone number, storage Reservation of Rights.

For example, the version number of the software, the type of browser. To ensure the security of our operating environment or to provide our services, we collect information about the communication applications and other software you use.

4) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by yourself;

5) Collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;

6) Necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract at your request;

7) To maintain the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as discovering and dealing with faults in products or services;

8) Necessary for legitimate journalism;

9) De-identifying the personal information contained in the results when it is necessary to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest and provides academic research or description results;

10) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

If a function or service is not included in the above description and your information is collected, we will separately explain to you the content, scope and purpose of information collection through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., to obtain your consent.

Please note that we do not actively obtain your personal information from third parties at this time. If we need to indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties for business development in the future, we will inform you of the source, type and scope of use of personal information before obtaining it. In addition, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.

2. Storage of information

For example, we will do some information encryption work locally on your device to consolidate secure transmission; We learn about the applications installed on your device and the information about the processes running to prevent malicious programs such as viruses and Trojan horses.

 We have established a management system, process, and organization dedicated to ensuring the security of personal information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of people who can access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and conduct audits, and those who violate these obligations are punished according to regulations. We store any information we have about our users on secure and controlled servers, and our employees and contractors who provide us with information services are required to comply with FIBREVIEW's confidentiality of user information. We also review our governance systems, processes, and organization to prevent unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of user information. However, FIBREVIEW is not responsible for incidents caused by the unauthorized login of user information, and users also play an important role in maintaining information security, and are required to take necessary confidentiality measures for passwords and accounts used on FIBREVIEW's software and website. If you become aware of any situation where you are not authorized to use your account, please contact us immediately.

2. Security incident handling measures

In the event of a security incident such as personal information leakage, damage, or loss, we will activate a preparatory plan to prevent the security incident from expanding. After a security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation of the security incident, the measures we are about to take or have taken, and our response suggestions for you in the form of push notifications, emails, etc. If it is difficult to notify each one by one, we will issue a warning through announcements and other means.

4. How we use information

We strictly abide by laws and regulations and agreements with users, and use the collected information as described in this Privacy Agreement to provide you with better services.

We will use the collected information for the purposes covered by this Privacy Agreement. If we use your personal information beyond the purported purpose at the time of collection and are directly or reasonably related, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent before using your personal information.

Five. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

1. Sharing of personal information

 Unless otherwise agreed in this Privacy Agreement, we will not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties other than FIBREVIEW, and if there is another sharing or transfer of your personal information or you need us to share or transfer your personal information to a third party other than FIBREVIEW, we will directly or confirm that the third party has obtained your explicit consent to the above actions.

1) Third-party services

Some of the services in FIBREVIEW are provided by our affiliates or other third parties to implement certain functions. We will carefully select third-party and third-party services, urge relevant third parties to collect and use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Agreement or other agreements reached with you, and take appropriate security technology and management measures to ensure the security of your personal information. Transfer of personal information As our business continues to develop, we may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, and other transactions, and we will inform you of the relevant circumstances, continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards not lower than the standards required by this Privacy Agreement, or require new controllers to continue to protect your personal information.

4) To protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

 During your use of FIBREVIEW, in order to make it easier for you to log in, correct, and delete your personal information, we provide you with corresponding operation settings in the product design, you can refer to the following instructions to operate. In addition, we have set up a complaint reporting channel, and your comments will be dealt with in a timely manner.

7. Equipment information and usage records

Device information and usage records refer to the registration information and daily usage records generated by users during the use of smart hardware products supported by "FIBREVIEW".

1. Equipment information and usage records include but are not limited to:

Device name/nickname/remarks name,

device user/member data, including but not limited to user/member nicknames and avatars,

current or historical status information of the device, such as switching, battery, networking, etc.,

device usage records, such as device switch records, device mode changes, etc.,

Other device-related information as described above.

2. FIBREVIEW may use equipment information and usage records to conduct:

Share the device usage behavior of a single user among device users;

Use statistics to formulate FIBREVIEW's product or market strategy, for software upgrades or feature research and development;

Third parties may report on their business activities and users to third parties, including investors, auditors, potential business partners, or public groups.

3. FIBREVIEW is obliged to manage device registration information and usage records as confidential, but the following situations must be excluded: if FIBREVIEW is aware that maintaining such confidentiality will endanger the user's own safety, others or public safety; If equipment registration and usage records are required by legal procedures, such as responding to subpoenas and retrieval requests; The situation that the user himself has disclosed.

8. Telephone and text message communication

 As part of the CAPTCHA login method, users will receive a CAPTCHA notification SMS, and may receive one or more SMS messages each time they log in with the verification code.

 If the alarm function is turned on on the device, the user will receive a phone call or text message alarm when the device triggers the alarm condition, and the alarm method will depend on the risk level. FIBREVIEW does not promise the timeliness and accuracy of alarms, but will do its best to guarantee that alarms are timely and accurate. Users should be aware that some devices may have the alarm function turned on by default for security reasons.

9. Information feedback

FIBREVIEW welcomes feedback on all aspects of the software and website and stores feedback from users. This feedback will be used to administer and improve the service and will be shared with FIBREVIEW's partners in aggregate form or by removing user characteristic information.

10. Cancel your account

You can log in to the mobile client and go through the following path "My-About Us-Service Phone" to ask for help to help you apply for cancellation of your account. After you cancel your account, we will immediately stop providing you with products and/or services, and we will delete your personal information at your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. Once the account is canceled, it cannot be recovered, please back up all information and data related to the account before operating. Once you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to use this account and will not be able to retrieve any content or information from or related to your account. You can exercise your rights by contacting us, or you can exercise your rights to access, update and delete information, log out of your account through your apps and products, and we will assist you in exercising your rights. In principle, we do not charge a fee for your reasonable request, but we will charge a certain cost fee for multiple repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit. We may deny requests that are unwarranted repetition, require excessive technical means (e.g., the need to develop a new system or fundamentally change existing practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involve backing up information stored on tape).

11. Change

We may revise this Privacy Agreement from time to time. When the terms of the Privacy Policy change, we will show you the changed guidelines in the form of push notifications and pop-ups when you log in and update your version. Please note that only after you click the consent button in the pop-up window, we will collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with the updated guidelines.

12. Protection of minors

 We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parent or legal guardian before using FIBREVIEW services.

13. Others

The FIBREVIEW Privacy Policy is our general privacy policy, which applies to FIBREVIEW users with user rights and information security measures. If there is any inconsistency or contradiction between the FIBREVIEW Privacy Policy and this Privacy Agreement, this Privacy Agreement shall prevail.
